By accessing our website https://mobilepathology.com.au or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Mobile Pathology offers mobile specimen collection for pathology testing, operating across Perth, WA. We partner with accredited pathology laboratories to process collected samples.

2. Bookings

Appointments are made via our secure third-party booking form. It is your responsibility to ensure all information submitted is correct. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary due to operational constraints.

3. Service Area

Our mobile collection services are currently available only in the Perth metropolitan area. Requests outside this area may not be fulfilled.

4. Payments

All fees must be paid prior to or at the time of collection. Payment options and instructions will be provided during the booking process. Receipts are issued upon request.

5. Cancellations & No Shows

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Consent

By booking our services, you confirm that you provide informed consent for pathology sample collection and testing. Identification may be required at the time of collection.

7. Test Results

Test results are provided by the partnered laboratory. Mobile Pathology does not offer medical advice or interpretation of test results. It is your responsibility to follow up with a healthcare provider if necessary.

8. Liability

Mobile Pathology will perform its services with reasonable care. We are not liable for delays, laboratory processing issues, or clinical outcomes related to test results.

9. Website Use
