We charge a small private fee depending on your location, tests, and specific requirements. Collection fees typically range from $50 to $100 AUD.
We can collect your sample using any valid pathology request form—whether from a GP clinic, telehealth provider, or business. If you don’t have one, we can also arrange a new request form for you. Contact us for details.
Some tests require fasting or avoiding certain activities like exercise, alcohol, or medication. This will usually be noted on your request form. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Your samples are sent to an accredited lab immediately after collection. Results are usually ready within 1–2 days and sent directly to the referring practitioner.
Yes, our mobile phlebotomists can come to your home, workplace, or any other suitable location.
