James called me within the hour and came to see me on the same day.
He was happy friendly and put me at ease immediately. He is very good at his job.Im on blood thinners.
He used the smallest needle and I didn’t feel a thing. I didn’t bruise or bleed.
I have blood tests fairly regularly and I will Definitely call James again and refer him to family and friends.

We recently needed a blood test for my daughter who has extreme anxiety and an assistance dog in training. James was fabulous- chatted, made a fuss of the pets. When my daughter was relaxed, he used a very fine needle and took his time finding the vein and it was all over very smoothly.
James was very responsive to messages regarding time and flexibly changed the appointment as needed.
I won’t be using anywhere else from now on!
